Hi
I place an order for 2 devices and paid for both on the 3rd of August 2021 and today is the 12th and I have not received them. I sent through an enquiry and was told that I should send my proof of residence and debit order mandate. I did all these when I signed up, uploaded all the required documents, made payment and my banking details approved. Funny how quick they are to take my money and when they have to deliver, they come with all these excuses!!! Why was I not told all these before I paid??? I just logged into my portal and all seems fine. I should have taken my money elsewhere

Have already paid for 2 devices and over a week later am still having these issues, I am not willing to risk any more money on supersonic. I have wasted my own money on calls trying to resolve this and am not going to pay a single cent. I suggest they call me
