******** Internet Service Provider

This internet provider is the worst provider I have ever seen and worked with all my life and there is actually no option to select no stars, one whole month of being told every single time that someone will contact you and our quiry was that we have moved location and they needed to come and do an installation at the new address as we do not have the services available to us but the Debitorder was still taken on the exact time... That was done exactly but the service is no where to be found even after contact from our side since the 3rd of September to advise of this issue..... We still have not gotten anywhere, this Service provider takes money and never renders services its ********.
