******** Behaviour from Supersonic

Still no feedback on my query submitted on the 28th of July 2021. Supersonic owes me money and is in breach of the POPIA act by *******ly debiting funds from my bank account. I haven't been their client for just over 8 months.

Hi Nonhlanhla,

Johannes Dreyer is the new account holder. A change of ownership was done 8 months ago. However, you still have my banking details listed somehow. This means that I cannot change the banking details and only Johannes Dreyer can. My problem is that you are not allowed to keep my banking details seeing that I have not been your client for over 8 months, and that is against the POPI act. You proceeded to debit my account for a service that I am not receiving.
