Credit Amount Dispute
In August I was double deducted after I had done an upgrade on my account. Spoke to Minnah and she confirmed there was indeed a credit of R400 and only R200 would be debited the following month. Guess what a debit order went off for a normal amount the credit wasn't taken into account. What the hell is going on there? Why aren't you getting this right? I am waiting for my six months to pass so I can leave. This is pathetic honestly
