*********** consultants - zero experience

This is my second review from 1st August 2024. I eventually got hold of them on Facebook. They assisted me (said my Router was location locked). They unlocked my router and it worked for a full 10hours. Then it was offline again. Eventially got hold of them ( only on Facebook) just for them to tell me again it is location locked. After that I struggled 9 mpre times with the same isssue. I asked the last consultant why does it keep Locaion locking me? My router has been standing in the same place for 4 years. She then said it is the towers, and I told her no it is not. My mother stays right next to me, with the same router, same package and she does not have a problem. I suspect a faulty router. Whereby the very *********** Martha (name of consultant) refused to listen to me and said no it is the towers. And she will unlock me, if I have problems again I can contact them again. Guess what???? 3 hours later again the same problem!
