Constant issues, no customer support

Constant internet issues and non-existent customer support. I have been with supersonic for a month, during this period I have had constant internet issues such as slow speeds. I have contacted their support team but I have to hold hours to get support. I have had to recharge airtime twice as my airtime gets wasted while holding. Slow internet speed, no internet at all. Today the 28th of April I have no internet, I waiting about 15 minutes but no one answered. We have to get online to work. I request urgent assistance as my problems are never solved.
