Consistently Bad customer service!

I am writing this in the hope that someone who is considering giving their business to Supersonic will see this in time and decide against it. The levels of disrespect have reached unprecidented levels! I logged a call a week ago to bring it to their attention that connection to their fibre has been disconnected ( not the first time i must add). Its been a week now, counteless calls and follow up, my issue is still unresolved...And so, from today onwards i will document this publicly....until they resolve my issue!
