Connected to idiocy
Worst company ever. Didn't do debit orders on the days agreed upon, refused to cancel my account when I asked and then expected me to pay for a month that I didn't receive services for. Call centre agents are full of **** and don't listen and cannot help you at all. Manager is rude and unhelpful too. Doesn't care about clients, just wants money. Expects you to pay for service not received.
