Connected, No Internet

Good Afternoon.

Since Saturday my internet connection is absolutely slow. I keep doing internet speed test and it's less than 1MB per second. I am working from Home and today I got no work done. After load shedding it states connected with No Internet.

My Router has been working so well and I've had no complaints only compliments and now I see a new trend.

Customer service is wayy to busy and I'm not getting solid feedback. This is bad because I am paying for an uncapped deal which should be the best but lately it's going sideways
