Configuration issues

Extremely disappointed with Supersonic’s service. The configuration was complicated and poorly explained. Customer support is slow to respond and doesn’t resolve issues effectively. Paid for the service but internet never worked. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them.
