complaint

I have been waiting for my order that I have paid for, it is now over 2 weeks I have been going back and forth for this order to be deliver. alot of miscommunication and unsatisfaction to the cutsomers. They are very quick to respond on google reviewhowever takes forever torespond to our direct queries. I am so disappointed with Supersonic this is actually the 3rd time now getting such bad service. I have been calling you guys almost everyday however the issue cant get to be resolved with my airtime and my time and yet you dont bother to even come back to me with contractive feedback.
