Complaint

My name is silindile, I have Vuma fiber. am sorry dissatisfied with supersonic Vuma fiber service from the 28th of October our line is down I've called numerous times and been given different references but still no assistance, the last reference i recieved was ***3 which was Monday the 4th they promised to send a technician till now no one has come to fix the line, my whole street is down and all the neighbors have called too, but payment was made on time.
