complain for the 2nd time

It is with such sadness that even after writting the review the issue is still not resolved actually it went even worse than before. Supersonic really fail their clints with no intentions to even resolve the matter. I have waisted my airtime, time and efforts with you guys and with sadness that I have actually refered people to your services and they also came to me with bad feedback. Wish you could up your game with your service to your people.
