Complain

Supersonic service is extremely bad, we were linked from Vuma agent and she told us that the turnaround time is 4 days and I called 2 days later spoke to one of the lady who I forgot her name she confirmed same info, until we make a payment thereafter the turnaround time changed from 4 days to 7-14 days, the call center agent ZAMA was not even showing remorse and do means to help us, I waited on a call for 1 hour 15 minutes to speak to Ferisha(team leader) as ZAMA said and she couldn't help either, she told us she will have to contact the relevant department who will get back to us in the next 24 to 48hours,so we can't even do a refund and opt for another provider as she said it takes 5 - 7 days.
