I tried to sign up with you guys today for your LTE package 300gb. Your call centre doesn't sound like they know how to sign people up with the deal. They took my bank details in the end and i asked when my first payment will be, the said the first. Before i put the phone down the sales person told me about the pro rata goes off the day i receive the card? So when is the first payment?
