You guys are priveledged to have 1 star. I need to contact the ombudsman, if you read this please contact me. This company does not deserve to be an ISP as they are not competent enough. Their customer service Reps, tech support and sales agents are all pathetic.

I've made payment for my internet 4 weeks ago. My internet hasn't been working from the date they installed my router till now.

Looking at this page, they don't even respond to reviews so I don't even think it will be resolved. I want to take it further as they quick to ask for payment but offer no resolution for paying customers. New to business customers. It's PATHETIC we allow this type of service in our country.
