Supersonic is useless. I signed up to work from home but wifi drops every 5 mins and I cannot have more than one device on. When I contact support, all they say is that they will bounce other connections off in the area. This does not help. I have sent cancellation emails on 3/03, 11/03, 23/03, 6/04 and again today 7/05. Apart from the auto-response email confirming receipt, no one is contacting me (neither by phone, SMS or email) to conclude the cancellation. Yet they are quick to send bills every month and to deduct the money. Surely this is not legal on pre-paid???? This has been dragging on since beginning March. CANCEL MY CONTRACT TODAY AND CONTACT ME TODAY!!

10 May 2021, 10:12I am still waiting for ANY response. Please do not post auto-responses on HP if no one follows up on the complaints. This issue has been dragging since beginning March. It is now over 2 months later and you are still happily deducting money for a third-rate service. Bearing in mind I provided you ample notification for cancellation that you chose to ignore, I would like a refund for the last deduction.
