Clients are no where near to the top of their priority list.

I've had enough of this. There are no urgency or professionalism here. I've tried everything and now for the past 2 weeks ended up wanting to cancel and I just can't get a response. My first post on this platform a guy phoned me saying he sees I need a technician to come out, unbelievable.

I've already seeked legal advise, I can't even get a response or someone to talk to on cancelling my line. It's so pathetic. The guy that phones about a technician said he will escalate it, gave me a reference. I've sent this on the same mails 3 times and still no response and the same on the useless what's app line.

Will definitely not recommend supersonic to anyone. Everyone in my area have complained about Supersonic on the security what's app groups and reading all reviews on here it's as clear as daylight that they just don't care.
