Clawback ****

How crazy. I canceled my wifi after 8 months and now they want to charge me a clawback of 2500. No supervisor gets back to me to discuss this. They charging me 1100 for installation when there was already an installation installed. They charging me for a router because nobody arranged the collection of the router.
