CHECK YOUR SUPERSONIC ACCOUNT BILLING

I had called 2 weeks ago, to correct my billing as my charges have been incorrectly done. End of May 2020, I upgraded my Fibre line from 20 Mbps to 50 Mbps from 1 June 2020. my debit was done for R27 for the time I used the 20 Meg line, then July i was debitied R1910 for both months R955 subscription. August i was debited R955 also. September i was having a problem and checked my speed, only to see it was 20 Megs, so i called Supersonic and was advised THEY did not advise Vuma of the upgrade and will do so. on the 17th of September, my 50 Meg line has been loaded. Even though i have been paying for this from June 2020. i then get doubled charged again in October because they have activated with Vuma. When i call to follow up, they tell me i am paying short. I spoke to Charity i the accounts department, she was so unhelpful, i asked for her manager and she me there is no manager that can assist me, and i must go back to the queue. What kind of Company has 1 Manager and they are not available. what kind of service is that? Everyone should check there billing as clearly Supersonic feels its fine not to reimburse for their errors. They are on time to debit my account and will send a reminder but come to refunded your account nothing happens.

Thank you Sandra, unfortunately staff that cannot provide customer service leads to Supersonic failure. Perhaps consultants that answer phones should be trained better and leave their cannot help attitude at home. I will await the final email resolution.
