Charged double and refuse to take accountability

I requested migration when I was relocating end of September. The request was to close the line where I was residing and log a relocation to the new adress. Today I receive a bill for twice the amount and I am being told its because I have 2 lines active. The agent says she is only now deactivating the other line. Billing says they cannot reverse the debit order and I need to reverse it from my side. This is unacceptable, they should e reliable for any extra costs due to their mistake. Is it so difficult to take accountability. Can they confirm that the other line is deactivated and I only have 1 line now and going forward I will be billed for 1 line. Can they pay for any inconvenices or extra charges due to their incompetence. Invoice***

I received a call from Supersonic to say they want proof of debt order and they will credit me for next month. My issue with is that it’s their *********** system and department that do not talk to each then customers end being inconvenienced and frustrated. Where am I supposed to get money to pay double so they can credit next month? Have they not heard of a budget? If the debit order returns unpaid or I reverse it, will the bank not charge me? Who is going to pay for the bank charges? Me? All the lady said was she is sorry, really? That is their strategy for customer retention? Can they re-look at their customer service strategy and align all different portfolios to ensure they deliver best service. This is disappointing . Sorry that’s all they have to offer? Can I please get a better response which shows accountability. Can the person in charge call me with a better offer than the tick box exercise they just did now.
