Changing contract n dispute my cancelation

I requested cancelation from u guys two years ago,same day I stopped using ur router now u tell me I'm owing R4000. supersonic can't even pull the call recording.worse now they telling me I need to pay for a router I didn't not return that was not even in a contract.i sign up for month to month now u guys are changing everything.
