CAS-805068-X5K2N2 Edith the supervisor disappeared after telling me my refund was sent for processing. This was on the 19th November. I called today, was on hold for over 45minutes. The lady was rude and told me to relax. It has been 5 months waiting for a refund and she laughs at me asking why am I in such a hurry for the money. Imagine the nerve,
