Cartoons supersonic , *********** company

Even today I still haven't received any feedback from a vuma company.My money gone and no one is saying anything .Was it a **** ,I don't know but what I know is I tried to call the number provided and I was on hold for 25 minutes no response I ended hanging up the phone cause it seems like for me to get help I have to take a day off and call them just to accommodate them .but the real question is did they accommodate me as a paying customer ???
