Can't process my cancellation
I'm still trying to get a call from them about cancelling my home fibre. I call the call centre & they put me through to cancellations, then I wait for 10 to 15 minutes with no answer. Cancelled via email on 5th April but nothing from nobody?

29 Apr 2022, 10:48I don't care if no one calls me. Just make sure that my service is cancelled, as I notified you in an email on 4th April, so my service must terminate on that day.
