Can't cancel my service!

I am trying to cancel my service - once month's notice, but have the following challenge:

1. The OTP service is not working 2. Tried to reset my password, no link emailed. 3. Tried to chat on Whatsapp - under maintenance and not working 4. Tried to call the help centre - call not going through!

This is very frustrating as a consumer as I canot get hold of anybody to cancel my service!
