Cannot use the subscription I signed up for!
Pathetic! I'm reading on here how people battle to unsubscribe, problem is, I subscribed 10 days ago, and still havent been able to use 1 kilobyte of the socalled "air fibre" package I joined. there seems to be one person working in customer service, leaving no one attending the "connections desk" What more do you want me to do to use the service I subscribed to?
