Cannot interact with Supersonic

Good day

I am struggle to get hold of Supersonic by phone when you phone them they took long to answer my calls today again I am waiting now for 25 minutes on the line.

How must we get hold of them without answering the phone calls It cost me a lot of airtime and money to call them every time

The other problem is I locked several support ticket on my profile on the website without any answers

What must I do now please assist
