Cannot get rid of them.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. You are ok when things work but when you have technical or account issues, you are doomed. After my Internet was down close to 20 days I cancelled my account. I repeated fault finding over and over on phone, day after day while being promised that someone will come out. I had to phone back every day, no one ever called me back. Eventually they found it was mis configuration from their side. Anyway I gave notice and agreed to pay cancellation fee. Thing is they never deducted it and in 8 month never got any notification that anything was owed. The next message was a SMS threatening handing over to 3rd party. So if you are a client, be careful, you need to check your side is clear, they won't.
