Cannot even get a debit order mandate changed

Dear Supersonic,

Really, how difficult can it be to load a new debit order mandate on an account? It was sent long before the debit order should have gone off, but still, you take the money from the old account. What if I didn't leave money in there?

That account is now closed, so can you PLEASE do your jobs, and load it to the new account. If your debit order fails, you cut my services. Even though I asked you to deduct from another account.
