Cancelled in 2021

I received an email from debt collectors, this stupid supersonic service was cancelled in Feb 2021, I have proof of emails sent.

I consistently asked for the debit order to be cancelled from Feb 2021 until July. I then stopped the debit order as it seems that was the only way these people understand I didnt want their service

As can be see I requested this to be cancelled multiple times since FEB 2021 until July 2021 and eventually I stopped the debit order in July .

The router was also collected by Supersonic. I do not owe anything.

I will refer the matter to the Ombudsman if not resolved.
