Cancelled but debited my account
Hardly works and hardly on network. Worse of it all, I cancelled a month ago yet a debit order took money.

I am not cancelling under normal circumstances. This service is not serving me well. I actually paying for a service am not getting.
Coming to the point of returning, it is better to collect as per your dropping it off, I will pay the 250.00 thanks.
600.00 I won’t be liable for it as the area doesn’t have network 90% of the time. Making me pay 499 every month for something am not benefiting from is a *******.
Cancelation was done way earlier than that, you just advised me to do it on the portal formally otherwise, I cancelled on WhatsApp chat.
