Cancellation fee

I want complaint against Supersonic regarding a cancellation fee of approximately R2000 that they are demanding from me.

When I initially took the service through , I understood the account to be on a month-to-month basis. At no point was I made aware that I was entering into a 24-month contract.

Furthermore, I did not request to cancel the service. I only wanted to relocate the service to another address. Instead of assisting me with the relocation, I was informed that I would need to pay a cancellation fee of around R2000.

I am financially unable to afford this amount, especially considering that I never intended to terminate the service. I believe this is unfair and misleading, as the terms of a 24-month contract were never properly communicated to me.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me reach a fair resolution with Supersonic.
