Cancellation and still Debited my account

I really wish I could give them a Zero - they actually deserve a -1000 rating. I had cancelled my Fibre for end October even got an email with a reference number advising the Cancellation will come through at the end of the contract term which being the 31st of October. they cancelled the fibre on the 30th of September without any notice debited me for R899 and told me if I want to reactivate I must take a new contract and i must still pay for my router. The Staff are so useless and really don't care at all. I don't know how this company is still running. I have never come across such incompetence.
