Cancellation and no refund - 3.5 months later

Absolutely terrible business practices. I purchased an LTE deal at the end of October 2021 in error and cancelled the order the next day on the website. After numerous attempts to contact Supersonic via email and contacting the call centre, I still have not received my refund. It is now almost three and half months later.
