Canceled service and still you try to debit ?

After months after absolute bad service I have canceled my service, I have not even switched on the router for the month Of Juanary 2022 low and behold Feb comes along and you submit a double debit order????

What is wrong with you, absolutely no service when you need it but you hound for money after service has been cancled ?

Please contact me and cancel my service . I'm not paying you a cent!!!
