Cancelation Irritation

Canceled in July 2024 paid for Aug months 30 days notice, had call centre call me and say all good and thank you, no need to collect router. Then they debited me again Sep reversed and emailed in, till today no one helps and they handed me over to debt collectors, FOR WHAT!!!!???? TERRIBLE SERVICE
