Can Supersonic call me and resolve my request

I now need Supersonic to call me, for my issue to be resolved!

1. Called 17 Sep @ 19:56, held on for 10min, consultant was to call me back and I am still waiting! 2. Called 18 Sep @ 11:40, held on for 18min, found out that a case was never created for me, consultant logged new case 3. Called 20 Sep @ 17:46, held on for 36min, found out that my call was closed, no one even bothered calling me to find out if I still have an issue or to talk to me, consultant reopened call 4. Called 21 Sep @ 17:45, held on for 23min, consultant verified my details and somehow I was routed to the survey, how about calling one of your paying customers back!

This has been such a terrible process. How many times must I call? Can someone now call me back! I tried to use your call back option on a previous issue and I am still waiting for that call. When consultants say they will phone you back they don't, clearly something they say and don't do.

To date my issue has not been resolved and I suspect that someone closed my call again.

I expect someone to understand my issue and to go though the events before I get a call whereby I have to explain my issue again.

Clearly my monthly payment is of no importance!
