Callcentre Shocker
Tried to get support via the telephonic support from SuperSonic, after selecting the call me back option on the voiceover, Supersonic phoned me back 5min later and I was number 3 in the queue, whoopdeedoo!! I was super excited of how efficient the service was going to be... But BHAM there it hit me! The actual person on the otherside of the line was absolutely unhelpful (useless) sounded like a infant unable to speak properly ( not sure of their recruitment proses). Query still unresolved and I am paying for Internet I cannot connect to.
