Business "UN"Ethics

I Have moved into a new place two weeks ago and i am inable to get fibre as they have not released the line due to a clawback clause they have on their services.

Basically unless the previous tenant pays them R2900 i am unable to get my ISP to activate my fibre, thus affecting my Business.

I called them and the first consultant i spoke could not have been less helpful or friendly ask to be put to a manger and i was cut off.

Problem is these companies try lock their clients into two year contracts because they must know their service is shocking and that forces you to remain with them no matter how shocking the service is.

It is really pathetic that i am unable to get internet to to whatever the previous tenant has agreed to or not agreed too.
