Bullies, inhuman company. Stay away

This company don’t care about human life. My life is falling apart all thanks to supersonice??♂️??♂️??♂️. My line was cut due to no payment which is I understand as I didn’t pay coz I lost my job early on this year. Now I got a job and I have to move coz I can’t afford the rental in my apartment and someone will stay in that place under my lease. I ask nice for supersonic to cancel coz I have no fiber where I am going can’t even afford it yet but I will pay the money I owe them so that my credit stays proper. I explained that the person that moved in wants to use fiber but he has another provider can supersonic release the line so this guy can use his provider and I will pay them as now this guy wants to move coz he can’t stand this thing if not having internet. Meaning I have to move back to my apartment and with my new salary I can’t afford to pay supersonic at all and my credit score will be messed. All I ask can they release the line for this guy that is helping to have fiber and I will pay supersonic but I am told they will not release the line until the money is paid up and that is in 6 months which is in my current salary will not be possible if this guy moves out. But was told they don’t care they follow policy and policy says that, I mean like we lost jobs due to covid we didn’t plan for companies we work for to close but company policy that don’t look out for people is such a wow

I will never recommend this company to anyone and if my query is not resolved tomorrow and this guy moves out I am sorry I will pay you next of next year I can’t deal with bullies and inhuman people I have been loyal to you guys since since and this is how you treat me yoh wow
