Blocking IP Addresses ?
I had no problem with Supersonic and always thought they were the best. Until today 08/05/2023 when I found out and that I'm sure they are blocking IP addresses to which I join for gaming. I will be reporting them to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman as well, as what they are doing is not within the agreement ! How do I know they are blocking it ? Cause I can join other servers apart from the one I usually join. My ping and all is perfect, and all devices can connect and use the internet.
The technician in customer technical support could apparently not check this up, as he doesn't have access to it, yet they are "technicians.

Please be advised that we were experiencing problems with accessing some of the international sites especially in China from our network; nevertheless, the issue has been resolved, all sites that were not reachable earlier should be reachable.

07 Aug 2023, 20:49I have extremely high ping and severe packet loss. Phones and spoke to technician, he said he was going to hard reset on his side. Whilst holding the the phone call got disconnected. Now, It doesnt show my WiFi and no Wifi connections for the router. Phoned back, only to hold for 45minutes with NO ANSWER ! Pathetic !
