Black Friday not so

Ordered black friday special uncapped lte. Paid for order via link on 1st of December 2020. Waited until 8th December then queried as many people ordered after me but received there's. I was then given an account no to pay, i then informed this has been paid. I then received the invoice after 8 days. There's hardly any correspondence after payment. Then to make matters worse they have incorrect address which i may add that i have printed the confirmation so not my fault. Today ram called and we gave correct address and i even sent supersonic correct my address. Still no goods. What's concerning is that you have to pay upfront for something that is not forth coming , so shouldn't i be billed pro rata. I wonder if you guys should rather cancel and refund my funds as this just show how *********** supersonic is.
