Bitten off more than they chan chew

This business is a circus, and your service is a joke. I haven’t been able to work since Thursday because of this nuisance of a business. Their WhatsApp line is useless, no one has responded. Their landline is pathetic, its cost me over 4hours in money, holding the line I’ve emailed their info, cancellations and CEO, also all worthless, no response. I’ve topped up my account, paid my monthly invoice- account is still suspended. Every week since I’ve joined there’s something that stops working and requires an agents assistance.

MTN Supersonic is the biggest disappointment in 2020. They’ve clearly taken on more than they can handle, that’s known as greed.

My next stop is ICASA and the consumer commission. You can’t continue this level of exploitation. If it isn’t clear to you, you’re in breach of your contractual obligations.

They need to refund my money immediately, and cancel this sorry excuse for a subscription service.
