BILLING MADNESS

I have upgraded my service from 60g to 100gig. When the new month started I got credited with 150 gigs I enquired about this because the last thing I needed was to be billed for two packages. The consultant assured me I wouldn't be and explained how it all works which I found too good to be true. Guess what you have debited my account for two packages and no one has an answer for me.
