Billing issues

Worst experience ever incorrect billing and service is inconsistent. Support tells you that you dont understand yet they are incorrectly billing you. No manager or supervisor will ever call you to sort out the mess they dont intend on recifying. Can someone better suited come and run this business. Calvin where you at look at these people they dont know what they are doing.
