Billing Issue

On the 10th of November i sent an email to cancel my LTE service and be migrated to Airfibre and requested for this to be done as soon my fibre has been installed, I must say even with the installation i received the worst service and have email confirmation to be prove it. The fibre was then installed on the 4th of Dec then on the 10th i sent message letting Supersonic know that the fibre has been installed and now they can cancel the LTE service which then they responded on the 13th that the migration has not been done and they will advise once done. On Friday the 25th of March i receive sms that a debit order of R1995 will be submitted i immediately called Supersonic advising them of this issue i spoke to Rhofiwa we assured me that the debit order will not be submitted but to my surprise i was debitted and now im being told that i will be refunded in 7-21 days.

I need answers and a resolution that does not require me to wait for 21days as this is not my problem CAS ***-K8R9X9
