Billing is ***

For the past 3 weeks supersonic switched off my wifi when I called I was told that I'm owning R2700 which I know nothing I was told to send proof of payment from the time I joined which was 2020 I did but there was no assistance from there on later on I was asked for reference, my reference were changed 3 times the last one was when I upgraded and router was changed which was in January 2024 1st reference was S*** it was changed to S*** then again this year in January it was changed to SS*** their services is insane even if you send proof of payment they will still say you're owing them then **** they ignore you or take you from pillar to post if they was a negative star that's what I would give
