Billing disgrace

Billing system is an absolute disgrace. Incorrect amounts and dates, and they don't communicate the correct information through to their customers. Got debited 3 installments in one go - Contacted customer care, but the consultant couldn't explain it.

Most concerning thing is that the contract amount has changed after just 2 months. Again, the consultant could not explain. Bottom line is that they can apparently change the debit order amount as they please without any warning. Makes you wonder what the purpose of the contract was if they can do as they please?

Will be moving away as soon as the 12-month contract expires.
