Billing continues on 4 years later

4 years ago I gave notice to Supersonic after poor service and support. I paid them my statement balance, after my termination month. I still received invoices months after I gave notice and the service was terminated. They then credited my account to correct this mistakes and ****ed up everything as my statement values all changed. Their primitive portal did not show any usage or invoices back then. A second statement was sent that month, and all the original balances and values changed again. I queried that with them, posted my response here and heard nothing since. 4 years later someone handed me over to the debt collectors. There is no supporting information, statements, or invoices showing (on their slightly improved portal), nor any response to my original query. Now they want me to get affidavits, yet I have no idea what the "allegations" are. I refuse to do any more work or effort in this matter.

As I said in my previous review, stay away and don't think anything has changed in 4 years. I want to move on and forget about this horrible experience. Who keeps all their correspondence and message chats from 4 years ago, and I bet they have spent more money in this process than what they will recover.
